Apply as little or as much as you desire to the hands and body. Rub into skin until well absorbed. Apply as often as needed. 

Distilled Water, BTMS 25, Shea Butter, Vegetable Glycerin, Avocado Oil, Organic Grapeseed Oil, MCT Oil, Jojoba Oil, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Vitamin E, Fragrance Oil, Liquid Germal Plus, Skin Safe Mica.
